- A currently enrolled student at a recognized educational institution.
- At least 16 years old.
- Able to provide a valid student ID or .edu email address (or equivalent proof of enrolment).

- Users are responsible for arranging their own payment and delivery methods.
5. Prohibited Items
You may not post listings for:
- Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
- Alcohol or tobacco products
- Stolen goods
- Adult content or services
- Job listings that violate labour laws
- Anything else deemed inappropriate or unsafe for a student community
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant ARERH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.
7. User Conduct
You are expected to engage respectfully with others and follow community guidelines. We may suspend or ban accounts for abusive behaviour, repeated rule violations, or disruptive conduct.
8. Disclaimers
ARERH is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other users. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARERH and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site.
